We would have the auto payment withdrawn from the operating account (not the debit card account), which is almost always well-funded. I believe
there are a few auto payments linked to the debit card account, Microsoft, Adobe & Constant Contact. I'm not sure what else is without looking at
a bank statement. We like to use auto payments for time sensitive payments and run all other invoices through Bill.com, so they go through the
approval process.

Agreed. Yes, auto payment can be setup online and connected with our banking account. I feel comfortable setting up this vendor with autopay but
I do not know what we need to account for on our end to ensure our checking acct has accurate funds monthly.

Is this functions setup with other vendors?

Do we have an online account with Blue Shield? Since this vendor does not furnish invoices well in advance of the due date, it would be nice to
be able to access invoices online, pay by ACH and perhaps set-up an auto payment I'm happy to assist.
